Vadim Eyewear is a leader and one of the largest companies in Poland distributing designer eyeglass frames and sunglasses from global house brands. The frames are delivered through wholesale channel to all optical stores throughout the country. The company has the largest range of local sales representatives in Poland, which covers over 2,000 wholesale customers on the market, through a very well-balanced product portfolio (over 40 brands in the company’s portfolio, including both known and luxury brands as well as frames from the economic segment). Vadim Eyewear can fully supply, both in terms of price and design, a wholesale customer, which makes the company a leader in the ophthalmic industry. Each year, thanks to its strong market position and innovative approach to sales, the company generates over 60% increase in revenue – for which it has received the Polish Product Company of the Year award.

CEO Paweł Lepert is the sole shareholder of the company from its inception (2009) to the present day. The owner is the third generation coming from the optical industry. Thanks to the family DNA and an unconventional approach to the sale of eyeglasses, the company managed by Paweł Lepert has become the Polish leader in the sale of designer frames. In addition, since 2019 the company has the most modern logistics system in Poland, based on the Italian forwarding robot of the Modula Line brand. Thanks to it, the warehouse operating system can prepare a full order for a customer in less than three minutes, while on an annual basis it can complete orders for over 500,000 eyeglass frames.

Every year, we try to carefully select the brands and collections that we have in our portfolio from current collections of manufacturers at the international optical trade fairs Silmo (Paris), Mido (Milan) and Opti (Munich). We are the only company in Poland that works only with novelty products, thanks to which the wholesale customer is constantly informed about innovations and trends in the optical world. The company can boast with signing long-term contracts with the world’s largest eyeglasses manufacturers, i.e. Etnia Barcelona, Marcolin, Marchon, Opal or Lamy.
